Unser DACH Payroll Team sucht eine erfahrene Payroll Persönlichkeit für Deutschland, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und die Weiterentwicklung in unserer wachsenden EMEA Payroll Organisation vorantreibt. Außerordentliche Kundenorientierung sowie die Leidenschaft, tief in die Prozesse einzutauchen, zeichnen die Person aus. Key job responsibilities

• Im Team: monatliche Abwicklung der Gehaltsabrechnung für über 30000 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland

• Projekte zur Verbesserung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsprozessen für ein Land oder eine Gruppe kleiner bis mittelgroße Länder

• Kommunikation mit Behörden, Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Ämtern und sonstigen Institutionen

• Ansprechpartner für M&A- sowie Expansionsprojekte

• Weiterentwicklung der Kontrollen mit dem Ziel, einen effizienten und effektiven Prüfungsprozess einzuhalten

• Bewertung und Neugestaltung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse, um sie an das schnelle Wachstum und die hohen Qualitätsansprüche des Unternehmens anzupassen

• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit z.B. HR, Tech-Teams, Finanz-Teams oder Buchhaltung

Basic Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Payroll oder in einem vergleichbaren analytischen Finanzbereich

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Projektleitung zur Automatisierung, Standardisierung oder Verbesserung von Payrollprozessen und -tools (alternativ Finanzprozessen – und tools)

  • Englisch und Deutsch sprechen Sie auf einem guten bis sehr guten Niveau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht

  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel

  • Erfahrung in Abrechnungssystemen (Frontend oder Backend) oder technischem Support von Abrechnungssystemen
