Job Summary:

The dynamic vehicle electrification, industrial and commercial market spaces are undergoing transformational growth. High power modules are no longer an off-the-shelf semiconductor solution, but rather an integral part of the overall power electronics architecture. We are seeking a passionate Product Design Senior Manager with expertise in power semiconductors to come on board onsemi’s Automotive Power Division design team and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.

We have an innovative portfolio of IGBT & Silicon Carbide (SiC) power modules for EV traction inverters, and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enable us to meet our customer needs. The successful applicant will be based in our office in just outside of Munich, in Aschheim, Germany. As this position requires frequent customer related travel within Germany, a Hybrid work arrangement can be arranged as needed.
