The first impression counts - and this first impression is you. You welcome our guests most cordially and are at their disposal for all questions concerning their stay with words and deeds. You provide information about the offers in our hotel and have valuable tips about the surrounding area at the ready. As a shining example for your front office team, you are coach, encourager and comrade-in-arms at eye level. You give everything to make the visit to our hotel an unforgettable experience for our guests - right up to the check-out.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

  • You will manage your shift independently and on your own responsibility.

  • You check in our guests, assign them their room and activate the room keys

  • If something is not quite right, you take care of it

  • You respond to all questions and concerns of our guests

  • You give our guests information and directions around our hotel and the surrounding area

  • You take care of the check-out and find a solution if a guest has questions about rates or fees

  • You process payments and room charges

  • You train new employees and trainees and organize trainings

  • You will assist in conducting employee appraisals

What we want from you:

  • Completed vocational training or studies in the hotel industry

  • Work experience in the field of reception

  • Passion as a host and pleasure in dealing with our international guests

  • Distinct team spirit

  • Absolute reliability and sense of responsibility

  • Flexibility, solution-oriented action and multitasking skills

  • MS Office knowledge, as well as knowledge of the hotel program Opera is plus

  • Good knowledge of German and English
