We're seeking someone to join our team as an HRIS Specialist to lead and implement technology solutions that meet HR needs, drive efficiency, and mitigate operational risk.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Solutions team, which is responsible for leading and managing system and operational process for the Asia Human Resources.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Prepare project template and timeline and manage the overall project.
  • Engage with HR stakeholders on understanding and capturing requirement, ensuring local requirements are taken into account for global project.
  • Partners with global HR counterpart, technology team and implementation partner on coming up with technology solutions and related process changes.
  • Perform system testing and manage user acceptance testing, issue tracking and resolution process.
  • Manage change management to provide communication and training for stakeholders.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • 4 years’ experience in HRIS role working on HR Systems implementation, enhancement and change management, preferably with experience working as part of a global team.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting a plus.
  • Strong technical mindset to understand system functionality and limitation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and “can do” mindset.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
