We're looking for a Senior Manager, Technology to join our Campaign Analytics team. The Campaign Analytics suite of products utilize survey based datasets to measure, analyze, and report on Advertisement effectiveness.

As a Sr Manager on our team, you will lead a very talented team of engineers in building systems to extract insights from our datasets. You'll have the opportunity to build data pipelines, web applications and dashboarding solutions; as well as some of the supporting infrastructure. We are an agile team that work directly with product owners and collaborate with Data Scientists. Our culture is inclusive and we have a healthy work life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a player-coach for the data engineering team, teaching and guiding by getting your hands in the code and leading from the front.

  • Actively participate in team code reviews, designs and enforce quality standards.

  • Experience of knowing what to test, writing tests, TDD (Test driven development), automation.

  • Drive results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality and speed

  • Partner with teammates across the organization to understand our business.

  • Leverage that understanding to drive technical discussions and decisions.

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to implement, test and deploy features.

  • Research , assess and facilitate the adoption of new technologies

Qualifications

  • Python Manager

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in the Software Engineering domain

  • 5-7+ years of experience leading development teams of 10+ engineers

  • Willingness to lead in a hands-on, high performance environment

  • Experience working in Agile Framework

  • Expert in Software Development, System Design, Cloud, and Big Data domains

  • Experience with popular AWS services (S3, RDS, EC2, etc.).

  • Experience with SQL and relational database systems.8+ years of experience with programming languages Python or JavaExperience designing and developing APIs

  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL tools (Apache airflow)

  • Experience with popular developer tools (Git, Docker, Github/Gitlab).

  • Experience with AWS infrastructure, automation, cost analysis, and operational support
