PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for ensuring complete documentation requirements as per Compliance Policies and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in affiliate. Providing active support during various audits – US Compliance Audit, Internal Audit and OEC Monitoring reviews. Identifying compliance risk areas and communicating such risk areas to relevant management/ OEC (Office of Ethics and Compliance). Assisting implementation of remediation action plans to address various audit and monitoring risks. Providing data analytics and reports related to compliance to enable local management to assess implementation and effectiveness of local compliance strategies

Responsible for:

Procedures (SOPs) in each of the APC Divisions businesses

  • providing active support during various audits – US Compliance Audit, Internal Audit and OEC Monitoring reviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

P R O CE S S DOC UM E NT A TI ON

Ensure proper documentation in place before commencement of activities – NAF (Need Assessment Forms), ARFs (Activity Request Forms), FMV (Fair Market Value) notes, proposal formats, advance requisitions

Ensure PSA (Professional Service Agreement) process is followed as per affiliate protocol and signed

PSAs are maintained in central database

Post activity, ensure documentation carries proof of performance, deliverables match the PSAs before processing payment – collaborate with Money Matters team on payment

Maintain all original PSAs and proof of performance / deliverables with copies provided to all relevant stakeholders as defined in process maps

Seek guidance and support on complex ethics and compliance issues from OEC office, including policy interpretation and requirement related to documentation

Provides Compliance advice to Business Unit (BU) heads and functional leads by demonstrating expertise and efficient handling of queries on policies and procedures

Manages and/or supports local investigations as appropriate under the guidance of the International

Investigation team

Supports OEC in conducting periodic reviews of documentation and supports transaction audits and remedial action measures

Partners with business and OEC on compliance audits, oversees the fulfilments of auditor’s requests,

acts as liaison between business and auditors during on-site audits

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

SK I L L, E DUC A T ION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the auditing field of major corporations and/or accounting firms. Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to work with all functional and business partners. Teamwork and must be able to work within a collaborative and matrix environment
