Your key responsibilities

  • Strategy: Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment in India, to accelerate growth

  • Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and local needs through network participation.

  • Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for India.

  • Business Case Support: Consolidate local inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.

  • Deployment & Adaptation: Collaborate with global Marketing and Project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars. Connect with customers

  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the local team's primary access point.

You bring

  • Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in Perfumery industry and in Innovation space in India

  • Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies, particularly in laundry and surface care categories

  • Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas

  • Fluent in English
