Core Job Responsibilities

  • Should possess knowledge of spoken, verbal English and able to articulate mail correspondence.

  • Should know to make, develop, produce Word documents, and Excel sheets

  • Able to take minutes in all meetings and drive to get the actions completed

  • Upload data on the necessary common folders and manage the same and able to retrieve the data as required

  • Should have experience in handling expense claims and invoice processing

  • Have a good understanding of Calendar Management. Able to understand the different time zones to schedule meetings, telecons, etc., and provide necessary links as required

  • Should maintain high level of agility, confidentiality and demonstrate a strong adherence to compliance

  • Should be strong on follow ups and reminders

  • Indexation and filing of department documents

  • Indexation and proper storage of all files in the department

  • Making travel arrangements for the department personnel. This includes air / train tickets, guest house / hotel booking, visa, car booking, forex & payments

  • Networking with the other admins in the company

  • Procurement of stationary as required

  • Managing Petty cash of the department

Key Competency Requirement

  • Communication skills

  • Energy & Enthusiasm, Teamwork & Co-operation.

  • Computer Proficiency

  • Good organizing skills

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
