Commercial Asset Manager (Regional)

What will you need to do:

Drive the financial performance of the Regional Asset Management (RAM) unit for the Siemens Real Estate (SRE) Hub. As Commercial (Regional) Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

§ Planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis

o Execute consistent and efficient controlling approach for local AP-business

o Align with Hub FIN Head regarding reporting and forecasting of Special Effects

o Conduct planning, forecasting, reporting for local AP business (e.g. underlying business, special effects, P&L, maintenance)

o Monthly review of bookings and billing.

o Interface with Global Support Center for commercial topics.

o Regular review of RAM financials (P&L position and Balance Sheet balances)

o Support RAM heads identifying opportunities and risks from operational business.

§ Business/Commercial partner to “RAM head”

o Provide expertise/competence to RAM heads in preparing decision making processes

o Commercial support for local “day-to-day”-operations

o Financial support for negotiation of external renting and internal customer lease contracts

o Provide commercial expertise for calculation of customer specific Business Cases

o Support RAM heads in all commercial and customer-related questions (local)

§ Commercial support for AP related topics and programs

o Prepare and provide financial/commercial input for local RE-business topics, e.g. vacancy provisions/impairments, I-applications

o Ensure local implementation of AP programs and initiatives in area of responsibility

§ Follow and implement globally defined commercial standards and principles

o Application of globally defined reporting and FC-tools

o Ensure data quality @source for area of responsibility

o Ensure thorough implementation of globally defined standards and principles

What you need to make real what matters .

  • You are Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Master in Business Administration, and bring professional experience of at least 10-15 years, with exposure in commercial and accounting/controlling functions.

  • Strong analytical skill, worked extensively on SAP, Excel, powerpoint etc.

  • You have great communication skills, love to work in teams and best at collaboration.
