We are looking to hire a resource in our Media Centre of Excellence (COE) team for the design principles based in Mumbai HO.

Job Requirements:

Some of the job requirements are appreciation of business demands from media, and mediums available to deploy.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Brand Strategy: some experience of success with building small brands on any platform/media – through awareness or performance marketing

  • Appreciation of differences in consumer experiences across mediums – traditional/digital

  • Proven record on delivery of agendas

  • Ability to translate broad principles into specific experiments

  • Strong Analytical capability: Leverage data to come up with actionable insight

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence their thinking and create ways of working that are comfortable for everyone without compromising on outcomes

Key Skills & Requirement:

  • Masters/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business or Media specific roles.

  • Ability and willingness to question the status quo

  • The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, stakeholder management & project management skills.
