We are the Outlook App Platform Engineering team and currently looking for highly motivated developers who can help build the next generation of application services. We have the unique opportunity to build a modern world-class agile middle tier comprising of Application Gateway, Sync and shared client services like notifications and auth, and Outlook Copilot GenAI Services. all of which can be leveraged by apps across the Microsoft Graph.

We are looking for passionate engineers with experience in product thinking and building E2E systems, and an ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations, validate ideas and build systems to prove market fit quickly.  You will be part of a passionate and creative team working to modernize the way people collaborate and communicate. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Swift, Obj-cor PythonOR equivalent experience.

  • Strong passion and proven experience delivering high quality services.

  • 3+years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping products. 

  • Passion for being part of aninclusive high-performance team.

  • Exceptional problem solving, coding & debugging skills

  • Passion for and ability to quickly understand emerging technologies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for agile development philosophies.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years object-oriented programming experience in languages including, but not limited to, Swift or Obj-c.

  • 2+ year(s) building and supporting user-facing products.
