Summary: Manage and achieve teamwork, quality, productivity and excellence in all night warehouse and production activities. Responsible for managing all production room and warehouse operations, to include productivity, quality, recovery, manpower, expenses, sanitation, and condition of plant equipment. Key Responsibilities: Direct night shift operation activities: build teams and assign accountability; provide appropriate feedback to team members. Establish DOI's, goals, objectives and measurement criteria for night personnel. Manage the productivity and accuracy of all order selection in fresh, cooler and freezer. Ensure product build-in, order pull quality, efficiency, and productivity. Oversee and maintain truck loading and unloading standards. Ensure trucks are loaded in correct sequence and in a manner that is accurate and efficient for the drivers. Identify customer product requirements. Communicate with the team and ensure requirements are met Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Ensure all product orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor productivity. Create strategic plans to improve and refine operations to improve efficiency. Ensure crew is properly balanced in work areas/line to achieve maximum productivity and error-free performance. Develop and manage crew schedules to ensure efficient operations. Maintain vacation schedule coverage and planning. Monitor attendance, overtime, and equipment efficiency to ensure compliance with company policies and all government regulations. Develop and manage cross-training programs to improve production and warehouse flexibility. Ensure the warehouse configuration is maintained and products are properly slotted. Ensure HACCP, SSOP, and all other hygiene and safety regulations or standards are met. Oversee safety for the crew at all times. Maintain working knowledge of PSG safety program requirements and ensure adherence. Identify, develop, and utilize a new hire trainer or trainers to educate new team members how to perform their job accurately. Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts. Expense management and asset protection. Perform other duties, as assigned. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years related experience and/or training Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish. Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college, university or technical school. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). Forklift certification Salary Range:$68,000 - $72,000 annually Total Compensation: At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
