As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you would be part of our team that is responsible for receiving raw materials, distribution of goods throughout the factory, and shipment/delivery of finished goods to our customers. Individuals in this position are comfortable doing physical work, enjoy the details of tasks such as packaging, and take pleasure in doing a variety of work. Shipping & Receiving Associates who thrive in this fast-paced work environment are able to multitask effectively, are patient, and enjoy creative problem-solving.
Anticipated schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday with additional hours on Friday.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
- Perform Shipping/Receiving duties to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in a flow line for the receipt and shipment of goods.
- Assist in supporting internal departments with inventory needs.
- Enter accurate and complete data into the computer system for shipments, receipts, and inventory.
- Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and walk up and down stairs multiple times a day.
- Able to complete In-process inspection training and testing.
- Able to see variations in color - required due to product inspection requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement with the team.
- Work well both independently as well as with a group.
Valid WA state driver's license.

Compensation starts at $18.00 to $21.00 depending on experience.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits: Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment
Tuition Assistance: Eligible after 6 months of employment
