  • Managecontroller'schecklisttoensureallentriesarepostedtothegeneralledgerforthecloseperiod.

  • RunandprepareprofitrecognitionforWorkin Processschedulesfor3CompanieswhichisreviewedbytheCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.

  • Preparationofmid-yearreforecastandannualbudget.

  • Maintainall insurance schedules(GL,WC,Auto,etc.).Included by not limitedtothe preparation ofmonthlyentries,participationinauditsanddevelopmethodsofforecastingforthepolicy period.

  • PreparationofbindersforExecutiveManagementthatincludeinternalP&Ls,cashflows,aged receivables,andWIPReportsforalltradelines.

  • PreparationofmonthlyandquarterlyperformancefinancialschedulesforreviewbyTutorPeriniCorporate,theCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.

  • PreparationofweeklyfinancialreportingschedulestoTutorPeriniCorporateTreasury.

  • Preparationofmonthly Accounting Scheduleswhich include:Statement ofCashflow,WIP reconciliation,PP&E, Debt, BusinessInsurance.

  • PreparationofmonthlyinternalfinancialsfortheBuilding,JOC,MechanicalandCloseOutGroup.

  • Preparationofmonthlyconsolidationandeliminationentries.

  • Performotherdutiesasassigned.

  • Coordinatorforinternalandexternalaudits.

  • RespondtimelytoinformationrequestsfromTutorPeriniCorporate,CFO,ExecutiveManagement,andLegal.

  • Adhocreportingas needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management orrelative from an accredited institution and1O+yearsoffinancial experience inConstruction, Engineering,Architecture,orGeneral Contractors financials.Masters degree preferred

  • SignificantknowledgeofProjectControls/Projectmanagementprocesses

  • PMICertificationorothercontracting/projectmanagementcertificationspreferred

  • KnowledgeofAccounting/Financeprinciplesandpractices(GAAP)

  • Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, CertifiedPayroll, JobCosting, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting preferred

  • Systems Skills-Oracle JDEdwards, Microsoft Excel, HyperionHFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS,Prolog

  • Organizationalskills tomanage multiple deliverables andusedecision-makingcapabilities and judgement to prioritize

  • Excellentwrittenandverbalskills

  • ProficientinMicrosoftExcelandWord

  • Strongfinancial acumenandanalyticalabilities

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
