Overview

Come join the Small Business Sales Channel Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager driving the growth of QuickBooks Online Advanced & associated Premium Apps across US Sales Channels. The primary responsibility of the role is to be a thought partner in driving the design, development, and execution of Go-To-Market strategies to set the business up for short and long term success. You will partner closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as with our segment, channel, and product partners to deliver awesome and drive strong business results on our QuickBooks Online Advanced & associated Premium Apps Offering.

What you'll bring

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with SaaS and/or Enterprise strongly products preferred.

  • Deep understanding of B2B customer mindset and marketing touchpoints across full funnel.

  • Well versed in B2B GTM, including thought leadership strategies and developing impactful demand generation and lead nurture campaigns.

  • Digital and Brand experience critical.

  • Customer-centric mindset. Listens to customers, champions their success and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio.

  • Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and develop business strategies and lead excellent execution.

How you will lead

  • QBO Advanced Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the QBo Advanced Business (strategy, product roadmap, marketing plans, mid-market strategy, and premium app strategies), the sales channels important for driving QBO Advanced, the competitive landscape, and customers to create strategies for driving growth opportunities and conversion throughout the sales cycle.

  • Performance: own QBO Advanced performance across Sales channels and drive performance reporting process for US Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify key risks and opportunities. Connect with sales leaders to understand performance drivers and blockers, and communicate the weekly / quarterly / annual results. In this role you are the key storyteller to highlight challenges as well as successes on marketing spend, traffic, sales qualified inputs, ecosystem cross/up-sell, and conversion rates.

  • Go-to-Market: Develop, design, implement and measure channel go-to-market programs for QBO Advanced throughout our Sales teams. Manage and monitor execution of all channel marketing programs, working closely with marketing and sales to optimize sales. Create sales enablement materials for your US Sales Channels.

  • Customer Empathy and Insights: Serve as a listening post for our customers, and translate their voice into actionable insights for Senior Leadership, Marketing, and Sales. Aid in creating insights that lead to high retention, increased product usage, and cross sell/up sell.

  • Proactively Seizes Opportunities: Actively develops and executes solutions to address end-to-end customer issues and spearheads opportunities for growth rooted in customer insight.

  • Strategic Influence: Be a strong advocate for sales team experience, and equip the team with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively. Drive low converting contacts out of the system or to the right channel to meet their needs. Evangelize and champion channel mission, purpose, and needs internally.

  • Set the Bar for Success: Partner with both finance and operations to build the forecasts for the Sales teams by channel.
