ManpowerGroup Growth Marketing Manager Consultant - Hybrid, CA in Mountain View, California

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients paid digital media acquisition and organic growth initiatives. This role, is a W2 contract position based in either Mountain View or San Diego, CA. This position requires the employee to be on site twice a week.

Our client Intuit is a global technology platform that helps their customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. They help give over 50 million consumer, small business and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid digital media efforts, including Sponsored Job Sites, SEM, etc.

  • Ensure seamless candidate experience through acquisition and organic growth strategies.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize paid search campaigns for maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Adapt quickly to evolving trends and industry landscapes..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.

  • Proficiency in web data analysis and search engine marketing techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
