Title: Finance Program Manager II

Description: This role will primarily focus on supporting a pivotal project to ensure deliverables are met, metrics are tracked and published, change management is supported, and will create process flows and narratives. The ideal candidate is committed to innovation. They seek, develop, and implement strategic processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Essential responsibilities include

• Ensuring the project plan is up to date and accurate includes continuous follow-up with team members to ensure updates are made promptly

• Ensure deliverables and timelines are met (hold people accountable)

• Remove barriers efficiently; drive escalations

• Upward Leadership communication & alignment and cross-team communication to cascade key information

• Suggesting schedule adjustments and targets on the project based on the status

• Secure alignment across all key team members (Process Architect, Intuit Tech Teams, etc.)

• Communication with team members, stakeholders, and leadership via status reporting, weekly meetings, Executive Steering Committee meetings, etc. This includes creating or gathering materials to support the various methods of communication

• Generate innovative insights regarding project status and performance

• Use a structured approach to simplify complex problems and develop data-backed metrics

• Schedule and host various op mechs (meetings, etc.) to gather updates from the project team members to monitor project tasks and status

• Tracking and follow-up on action items to get to closure

• Serving as a point of contact for team members to ensure synergy

• Creating process flows and narratives applicable to the project

• The role has the potential to expand to other projects, depending on time allocation to key project

Skills: Needed Skills Project management experience is a must Contract Management or Billing experience is a plus Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and write executive summaries Able to lead cross-functional collaboration efforts toward the aligned goal Ability to support multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work and pivot as needed, with speed, in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented & creative with visualization tools (Gslides, etc.) Experience with GSheets, smartsheet, and various other tools to support project management Ability to build trusted relationships across functional teams to achieve the shared goal; formulate change management plans and act as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes Quickly learns in different domains and ramps up expertise in new areas Work across multiple timezones (main timezone is CA) Qualifications 3-5 years project management experience Experience supporting finance and technology teams and projects Knowledge of smartsheet functionality Exceptional communication, change management, and presentation skills Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
