Universal Health Services TRAINING & DEVELOP COORD in MOUNTAIN CITY, Tennessee

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for assistanting the Executive Project Manager/Director of Staff Development in training and special projects for Mountain Youth Academy. The position falls under the direct guidance of the Director of Staff Development. This role requires or the ability to require a working operational understanding of Health Stream, Shift Hound, Share Point and Policy Stat and will provide assistance in the development of training processes and employee recognition.

Qualifications

Essential Job Duties

  • Participate in facilitation of new hire orientation as required. Monitor attendance and time sheets to include Health Stream training.

  • Manages the HWC / Verbal De-escalation trainers – assigns staff for quarterly refreshing utilizing established schedules.

  • Preparation of electronic training materials to include ensuring that training laptops are functioning at the start of each class and contain updated policies, procedures, handbooks, and all training materials organized as outlined by the DSD.

  • Maintain a training calendar for all trainings to include annual, residential ladder and regulatory expectations. Establish class times/schedules and notify employees of training attendance expectations. Update MYA staff of trainings two weeks in advance of all planned trainings.

  • Maintain the Infinity Board.

  • Maintain the Residential Ladder training outlines, schedules, and paperwork processes as assigned.

  • Maintain Employee Name Badges

  • Maintain the Departmental Recognition Monthly.

  • Other special projects or assignments as assigned by the DSD
