C.L. Richert Trucking  We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various office duties while also possessing knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, and payroll processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer billing.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Coordinate meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist in the organization of office events and functions.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
