HAKS Land Survey Project Manager in Mount Laurel, New Jersey
HAKS is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager for the Mount Laurel, NJ office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management of multiple survey crews, survey technicians and projects for successful completion.
Review surveys, survey computation and construction staking to meet required specifications.
Prepare all types of surveying plats and exhibit drawings utilizing research and the information gathered in the field.
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
New Jersey Land Surveying License required and Pennsylvania Land Surveying License recommended.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing all types of survey projects which includes meeting with clients, budget & schedule management and coordinating large field staff.
Experience with boundary, topographic, utilities surveying and construction stake out especially in the New Jersey and/or Philadelphia area.
Experience with Route surveys such as NJDOT, PennDOT or PTC surveys preferred, though not required.
Experience managing all types of survey projects which will include meeting with clients, budgeting & scheduling.
Must be able to process field data, coordinate field staff and interface with CADD group.
Experience with various Surveying and CAD software.
Knowledgeable in current surveying techniques using different types of total stations, data collectors, GPS Equipment and Robotic Instruments.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
