HAKS Land Survey Project Manager in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

HAKS is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager for the Mount Laurel, NJ office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of multiple survey crews, survey technicians and projects for successful completion.

  • Review surveys, survey computation and construction staking to meet required specifications.

  • Prepare all types of surveying plats and exhibit drawings utilizing research and the information gathered in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred but not required.

  • New Jersey Land Surveying License required and Pennsylvania Land Surveying License recommended.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing all types of survey projects which includes meeting with clients, budget & schedule management and coordinating large field staff.

  • Experience with boundary, topographic, utilities surveying and construction stake out especially in the New Jersey and/or Philadelphia area.

  • Experience with Route surveys such as NJDOT, PennDOT or PTC surveys preferred, though not required.

  • Experience managing all types of survey projects which will include meeting with clients, budgeting & scheduling.

  • Must be able to process field data, coordinate field staff and interface with CADD group.

  • Experience with various Surveying and CAD software.

  • Knowledgeable in current surveying techniques using different types of total stations, data collectors, GPS Equipment and Robotic Instruments.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
