Cooper Spur Mtn. Resort is seeking a dedicated Lead Line Cook to oversee all facets of food production in our Crooked Tree Tavern kitchen. As Lead Line Cook, you\'ll play a key role in upholding quality control, sanitation practices, and adherence to recipes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In addition to overseeing daily kitchen operations, the Lead Line Cook adeptly guides the culinary team, prioritizing efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of food orders.
