12 Temporary/Full time positions. ISKCON New Vrindaban, Inc. Period of intended employment 04/01/2024-10/31/2024. Salary $12.45/per hour; Overtime wages $18.67. Applicant must have a WV Food Handlers Card/Certificate. Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking. Specific tasks include but are not limited to preparing cold foods such as cheeses. breads, fruits and vegetables for serving; slicing, washing and/or peeling vegetables to prepare for cooking; brew coffee and tea; and preparing cold beverages. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment utensils, and dishes; carry foods to and from storage areas, check food storage temperatures; deliver food to servers, tend salad bar and other self-service areas; portion and package self-serve foods. Wash dishes; clean and sanitize work areas; and assist cooks and other kitchen staff. Shift work 40/hrs per week; work hours 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm.
