In this exciting role as a Project Coordinator V, you will be responsible for driving diverse projects and project coordination support, reports, facilitation of business reviews, administrative support, and partnerships within Core Quality Services. The role will have a broad network across Enterprise, OU, and Region teams. The individual will provide primary support to the Vice President of Customer Quality and FCA/PHO Enterprise Sr Director leaders within a dynamic and driven team. Responsibilities will flex based on business needs to enable strong organizational impact.

Location: This role will reside in Mounds View, Minnesota and will work a hybrid schedule (3-4 day in office).

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides project or program support to the Customer Quality Enterprise Function.

  • Monitors program/project status, KPI updates, budgets and timetables.This includes facilitation of a Monthly Business Review with leadership.

  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

  • Compiles information for reports, including Training compliance and Weekly Action reviews.

  • Manages Microsoft Teams site and actions for the Customer Quality organization.

  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

  • Provides organizational related support or service (administrative) for leaders within the organization in the delivery of support services or activities.

  • Has high degree of initiative and drives enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness.

  • Leads activities that involves planning and preparation of communications and require skill, tact, and persuasion to accomplish the objectives.

  • Responsible for recommending enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area by collaborating with other functions.

  • Provides general administrative support including calendar management, Org Charts, setting up meetings and compiling information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

  • Facilitates Townhall meetings and event logistics.

  • Administers inter-department processes including assigning training and Purchase Orders.

  • Responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of project and/or administrative support experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Quality or Operations Experience

  • Strong Presentation development skills (ie PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Continuous improvement, customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to use MS Excel capabilities

  • Knowledge of Quality Systems, Complaint Handling, FCA/PHO process

  • Knowledge of ISO / CFR 820 standards

  • Green Belt Certification

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
