About this Career We are currently searching for someone that is reliable and knowledgeable to fulfil the Assistant Property Manager role. In this position, you will manage and operate a Section 42 (Tax Credit) apartment community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Willing to work a Tuesday- Saturday role. - Assist with leasing and compliance. - Work with fellow team members for marketing communications. - Support and learn from Property Manager on resident relations . - Begin to learn and understand and gain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to Fair Housing, the management of the property and the needs of residents. - Support as needed to make ready process to ensure units are kept rent ready for move-ins. - Ensure the property s physical aspects from curb to curb are kept fully operational and safe as well as visually pleasing through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and improvements. - Always maintain professional dress and appearance according to the Velair handbook. - Specific location and property(s) assignment determined upon hiring process. - Other duties as assigned.
