Individual and Family Therapy

Turning Point has an opening for a full-time Therapist at our Outpatient Clinic. This position will provide individual and group counseling sessions to adults and adolescents with trauma, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues. Therapists must be aware of social factors affecting the psychological well-being of individuals, services/programs for psychological/sociological improvement of individuals, and conducting evaluative interviews.

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Three (3) years in clinical services desired; two (2) years working with dually/multiple diagnosed, preferred

  • Licensed in the State of Georgia with good standing: LCSW, LMFT, LPC

  • Competence in understanding and treating primary mental health diagnosis, substance dependence, and the treatment of dual diagnosis.
