\ Education & Experience Required:\ Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer science disciplines\ 5-7 years of Earthmoving equipment and/or telematic solutions experience\ \ Technical Skills Required:\ Requires ability to listen to customers and stakeholders to identify new products and features.\ Experience in the development of information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry.\ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced)\ PowerBi, Tableau, or MATLab/ Simulink\ \ Soft Skills Required:\ Comfort with informal presentations & technical discussions across a broad spectrum of understanding\ Communication both verbal and written\ Ability to work and communicate within a diverse team\ A result driven, self-starter with a unique combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and strong general and emotional intelligence.\ \ Positions Contributions to Work Group:\ This position will support the development of digital products across a multitude of technology platforms and will help empower clients\' customers to manage their business more efficiently.\ This individual will be responsible for evaluating and refining potential solutions that enhance the value of our machine products in our web solutions.\ This position will work between stakeholders and development teams translating customer needs to build solutions that meet customer and dealer needs. This position must have demonstrated experience delivering results within complex projects.\ \ Typical task breakdown:\ Possess the ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas to stakeholders of all levels within an organization.\ Possess the ability to collaborate with the development teams to address industry needs.\ Ability to deliver on short-term needs that fit into a long-term vision.
