Main purpose of the job:

Comprehensive legal support of Philips RCAbusiness

Job responsibilities:

Compliance projects:

  • Development, implementation and renewal of policies and procedures (Code of conduct, ABAC, Conflict of Interest, Data privacy, Gift policy and other),

  • Compliance program execution,

  • Trainings for Philips employees and partners of the company,

  • Audits and controls legal and compliance support,

  • Ethical dilemmas and investigations,

  • Legal support of the сompany on the territory of the region (Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other countries in accordance with the internal policy of PHILIPS on regional division.

  • Drafting of agreements, verification, drafting, amendments and additions to the content of agreements for business projects (supply agreements, lease agreements, agency agreements, NDA, service agreements, marketing agreements, intra-corporate agreements, works contracts, etc.)

  • Participation in negotiations; interaction with courts, authority bodies, preparation of claims, requests, responses to authority body’s requests, other legal documents;

  • Review of changes in current legislation / draft laws that may affect the business projects implementation;

  • Preparation of documents, letters, legal opinions and performance of other tasks due to business needs;

  • Consulting on civil, antimonopoly, advertising legislation, on the medical devices circulation, legislation on technical regulation.

Job requirements :

  • Higher legal education;

  • Work experience as a lawyer of at least 5 years is required (corporate law, labor law, supply contracts, litigation and claims practice);

  • Level of English not lower than Upper Intermediate;

  • Attention to detail, willingness to work with a large amount of information.
