Together, we won't stop! Mobile Associate (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! Mobile Experts Do It the Right Way, meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics. Job Responsibilities: Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. (Required) Team Building Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required) Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required) Licenses and Certifications: * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay : $17.50 The base hourly rate for the Mobile Associate role in this location is $17.50/hour. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a total of $1,500 while completing training milestones. Once completed, Mobile Associates will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for incentives. The annual incentive target for a Mobile Expert is $18,000/year. Actual incentives will vary based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
