We are now looking for Regional Market Access Manager (Abbott Diabetes Care) .

The Opportunity

Regional Market Access Manager ensures that Company’s products are available for doctors for the diabetes treatment in hospital and budget segment at regional/city levels.

Territory: North-West, South.

What You’ll Do

  1. Engagement of key stakeholders in the regions:

a. To develop short/long-term regional programs to ensure reimbursement listing and purchases. To ensure product access strategy implementation on the regional level. To support the Company's objectives achievement across the territory of responsibility, contributing to the allocation of the necessary amount of state funding for the specified healthcare areas;

b. Implementation of targeted assistance programs for the provision of medical devices manufactured by the Company;

c. To interact with decision-makers at regional levels, including executive and legislative bodies, chief specialists of healthcare ministries and departments, TFOMS, authorized organizations for holding tenders for state and municipal needs, insurance organizations;

  1. Work with regional documentation to prepare value proposition:

a. To develop and implement other social initiatives aimed to support achievement of federal/regional healthcare goals;

b. To support the Company's business on the territory of the targeted regions: to identify, analyze, predict and provide information on business development opportunities, including the sources and volumes of the budget for drug provision, the timing of important business events, trends in the the regional healthcare system development and normative acts implementation;

c. To provide regular trainings to cross-functional team colleagues on public and insurance financing of health care, implementation of health care reform and other topics related to the health care management.

Key Requirements

  • Higher education in medicine/pharmacology, biology;

  • Deep knowledge of the environment, legislation, policy and decision-making process in the healthcare system;

  • Proven experience of working with hospital, Ministry of Healthcare and OMI Fund stakeholders;

  • Ability to establish excellent working relationships with regional and global internal stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments;

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written);

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize data/insight;

  • To be ready for business trips.
