As an HR Business Partner Intern , you will have an opportunity to gain practical experience during 6-month internship . Your projects will mostly be connected with designing & deploying best HR practices for P&G commercial functions.

Some responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

  • Developing & implementing best approaches to organizing the internship program in Sales

  • Working on domestic relocation policy: designing the communication campaign to deploy the key changes to organization and lead the deployment, lead the partnership with external agency

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary 90 000 RUB gross

  • Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Moscow

  • Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) with a higher education diploma

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
