Job Description

  • Support Takeda Russia Ethics & Compliance Head in managing all elements of the Compliance program and ensuring its robust governance;

  • Foster a values-based culture with Takeda Code of Conduct and consistently reinforce the importance of Takeda-ism;

  • Ensure that Company policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with global standards and industry codes/regulations;

  • Support implementation of high standards of education and trainings on E&C matters by the Company - adopt/develop regular compliance training/awareness sessions and check E&C trainings completeness, conduct trainings for high-risk third parties;

  • Provide advice and consulting to employees on the E&C risks in new projects and activities;

  • Participate in regular ERM assessment process;

  • Overall manage the Third Party Management Process at the local level, assess E&C risks for 3 parties;

  • Control the implementation of the regular E&C monitoring program;

  • Manage locally initiated audits (either with internal resoures or external providers) of Company activities and/or activities of 3rd parties;

  • Support globally led audits and follow up on implementation of corrective actions by the owners;

  • Help to prepare and lead local Ethics and Compliance committee meetings, maintain records, ensure other members’ engagement and that agreed actions are implemented;

  • Support investigations when necessary and ensure that disciplinary measures and corrective actions are implemented as recommended and in a timely manner;

  • Maintain an effective collaboration at the local level, as well as with regional and global E&C colleagues;

  • Support or drive local and regional E&C projects.
