The Honesdale National Bank Branch Manager in Moscow, Pennsylvania

Responsible for generating business within your branch office and surrounding market, directly supervising, coaching, and developing all personnel assigned while ensuring world-class customer service and promoting growth and profitability of the institution while achieving the bank's goals and objectives.

Education:  Associate's degree in business administration or related field is preferred or a high school diploma or equivalent with related banking experience.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' banking experience preferred, previous lending experience preferred; prior teller and CSR experience desired; previous supervisory experience necessary.

Skills:  Must possess exceptional customer service skills, good communication skills, and the ability to supervise others. Microsoft 365 familiarity, customer focused and organized work habits.  An NMLS license is required.  A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.
