rrPosition Summary:

r We are seeking great customer service representatives to work part time in the Moscow VandalStore.

This position must understand the importance of customer engagement and provide exceptional customer service. Uses knowledge of and skill in applying the principals of retail sales including pricing, stocking and ensuring customer satisfaction with merchandise; knowledge of the line of merchandise sold in the VandalStore; ability to learn and apply policies and procedures as they relate to the position; ability to apply the product knowledge gained to meet the customers needs; ability to keep accurate sale and inventory records; ability to process inter-departmental and student charges; ability to present a positive attitude about the products sold in the VandalStore; ability to communicate effectively; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to carry out store opening and closing procedures; ability to work safely.

**Seasonal, holiday and weekend availability are essential. This position is available through the school year, during university breaks and the summer.

rrMinimum Qualifications:

r Demonstrated experience:

  • With basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
  • Following detailed instructions.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Communicating effectively in person and via the telephone.
  • Contributing to overall team success.
  • With problem solving.
  • Using a computer and current software.

  • Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
