rrPosition Summary:

rThe Research Information Coordinator\'s primary responsibility is for overseeing the daily operations and data workflows of the library\'s research information management system, VERSO, ensuring high-quality management of research information, bibliographies, repository deposits, and faculty profiles. Under the general direction of the Head of Research & Experiential Learning: oversee the maintenance and operation of VERSO, providing training and support to library staff in utilizing VERSO as needed. Manage user access, licenses, and resources for REL online systems, including VERSO and ArcGIS Online. Provide staffing and assistance for experiential learning spaces in the library, including regular shifts at the Data Hub and intermittent assistance at the MILL and Studio.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

rrPreferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with databases and institutional repositories
  • Familiarity with Excel and similar organizational software products and techniques
  • Experience establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with co-workers and the public.
  • Experience with Alma/Primo
  • Experience with Esploro
  • Scripting ability, e.g. Shell, Python, R, and other languages
