Journey Level or Sr Journey Level Electrical Technician

Cheetah Electric has immediate openings for experienced, reliable, and dynamic journey-level technicians to install, repair, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including electrical panels, lighting, and service work. The right candidate should have experience with the installation and troubleshooting of both commercial and residential types of electrical components. They should also enjoy consulting with customers to provide the best solutions. Most of our work is within a 50-mile radius of Moscow, ID, and Pullman, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an electrician. Complete electrical in-home service and installation calls
  • Create estimates for customers.
  • Create parts lists and purchase materials.
  • Complete job progress and completion reports.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best service, repair, or installation options, finance options, and maintenance plans.
  • Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Work well with others to provide 5-star customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized working area and a well-inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in all trainings, morning meetings, and community outreach events.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with customer estimates, timecards, and reporting.
