Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner.

  • Repair and replace defective components, including motors, gears, and bearings.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for equipment repairs and services performed.

  • Collaborate with production staff to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules.

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
