Requisition Summary

The EZTrac inspector performs all functions associated with inspection of heavy duty class 8 truck parts. Job functions include receiving, inspecting, packing and shipping. These functions are to be executed in an accurate and timely manner, consistent with stated goals and expectations. The EZTrac inspector reports to the shift supervisor.

LOCATION: Morrow, Georgia

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, Identify, inspect and sort cores and stage in appropriate locations considering quantity, size, weight, volume and type of product. Match core inspection criteria and evaluate core levels upon receipt.

  • Receiving Accurately verify delivery bills and product core returns. Identify compliance issues and report accordingly. Follow supplier standards to validate core group and level.

  • Packing Pack, crate, and skid orders properly, ensuring product will not be damaged in transit to the customer. Rough carpentry performed occasionally.

  • Shipping Prepare shipping documentation for weight, piece count and freight classification of all product. Load customer orders on appropriate carrier.

  • May perform other duties such as, core cleaning, staging, cycle counting, inventory audits, and core research

Qualifications

  • At least a y ear experience in a warehouse or return center

  • High School Diploma

  • College Degree preferred

  • Ability to work flexible/varied work schedule

  • Positive team player

  • Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds

  • Operate power equipment safely [forklift and crane]

  • Perform problem solving using basic math and number recognition skills

  • Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral, and depth perception
