Description and Requirements
This Sales Operations position will support Sales Teams in the North America geography. This position reports into NA sales operations organization but is strongly aligned to the segments supported. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong data and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with sales leaders to define and align territories and books of accounts within D365 on a consistent basis
Provide data and recommendations for accurate and timely deployment of quarterly sales quotas
Manage maintenance and weekly updates of cadence/BMS materials including progress against targets, waterfalls, pipeline, and other key metrics
Ad Hoc data and reporting in alignment with priorities as required by leadership to drive business outcomes
Other projects as identified by management, including data cleanup, additional reporting, automation, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups
Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives
Superior communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers
Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
Strong relationship building skills – collaborates effectively with others
Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously
Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience working in Qlik would be valuable
