Description and Requirements

The Director of AI Security Product Management will spearhead all aspects of strategy, product, and portfolio management within the realm of AI security and privacy innovation. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our organization to the forefront of AI security and privacy solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), security, and privacy, along with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships and engage with customers as a trusted subject-matter expert. The Director of AI Security Product Management will own strategy, innovation and be the business owner for our AI Security and Privacy solutions. Further, you will partner closely with our key strategic partners (e.g. Intel, AMD, QC, Microsoft, SentinelOne, etc.) to drive innovation and competitive advantage. You will lead in innovation and become a sought-after subject-matter-expert by our sales teams and enterprise customers. Partnering closely with our development, R&D and cross-functional teams to lead in AI Security and Privacy.

As the Director of AI Security Product Management, you will also own the innovation and ideation, including M&A and CVC.

This role can be remote anywhere in the USA for the right candidate. Regardless of location, international travel will be required to attend internal meetings, customer meetings, speak at events, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Physics, Math, Computer Science, or similar

  • 4+ years experience in enterprise AI, ML and/or data science

  • 6+ years experience in enterprise software product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to build and validate roadmaps, develop compelling use cases and user stories, build business cases and OWN the business

  • Customer-facing experience (e.g. market-facing PM, PMM, deployed engineer, etc.)

  • Experience working in a distributed work environment

  • Experience working in a matrix product-engineering organisation

  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Analytics, etc.

  • Past experience taking a product from inception to market

Candidates already based in the Raleigh area is preferred, as our North American Headquarters are in Morrisville, NC. We are open to this role being remote anywhere in the USA for the right candidate.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $175,000 - $230,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
