Job Information

Atlantic Health System Transfiller in Morristown, New Jersey

Responsible for general warehouse functions including, but not limited to, equipment cleaning, inventory replenishment, inventory pick-pack and general warehouse upkeep Support the Oxygen Transfiller Lead, or in his absence perform the required steps including oxygen manufacturing process.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Assists in and performs the preparation of oxygen vessels complying with FDA CGMP and company policies and documents appropriately.

  2. Assists in and performs the filling of gaseous oxygen cylinders complying with FDA CGMP and company policies and documents appropriately.

  3. Assists in and performs the filling of liquid oxygen vessels both vehicle mounted and stationary complying with FDA CGMP and company policies and documents appropriately.

  4. Cleans dirty equipment as per company policy and standard operating procedures, documenting as necessary.

  5. Assists in the replenishment of inventory as needed.

  6. Participates in FDA required Quality Control meetings to assure all procedures are reviewed and meeting required FDA CGMP guidelines.

  7. Completes annual FDA training as required.

  8. Assists in the pick-pack operation as needed.

  9. Assists in all other duties as assigned.

Required:

  1. High School Diploma

  2. Minimum 6 months of experience in Durable Medical Equipment experience

  3. Valid NJ Driver's License or equivalent, CDL with Hazmat/Tanker Endorsement required.

  4. Laboratory or physician office or clinic experience preferred

  5. Medical terminology experience preferred

  6. Experience performing healthcare patient registration preferred

  7. Self-motivated, detail oriented and present a cooperative attitude.
