Atlantic Health System Supervisor of Facilities - Trades in Morristown, New Jersey

General Purpose:

Atlantic Health System (AHS) and Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) owns and leases approximately 300 plus offsite medical office/ambulatory buildings, physician practices, labs and warehouse space throughout northern and central New Jersey and northeast Pennsylvania.

The Offsites Supervisor will stay aware of any site visits and work being performed by vendors and facility workers by keeping track of scheduled activities.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular facilities inspections.

  • Meet with Practice Managers and survey the offsite locations.

  • Oversee maintenance repair work, work orders, and crew.

  • Respond to facility and equipment alerts.

  • Be available during off hours when needed.

  • Help small projects move forward.

  • Hands on when needed.

  • Attend meetings to communicate and plan ahead.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or equivalent related functions

  • General knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.

  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods.

  • Well organized with documents and history timeline of events.

  • Solid computer and systems knowledge with Excel and Outlook.
