MAJESCO Solution Architect in MORRISTOWN, New Jersey

Job Duties: Plan and modify software product configurations to meet customer needs. Meet with clients and identify areas for process improvements. Perform technical analysis of project requirements and ensure their fulfillment. Provide software estimation and technical support to the marketing staff. Provide technical solutions for projects to ensure the optimization of personnel and the utilization of software proficiency. Develop use case demonstrations and proofs of concept in collaboration with sales, product development, and delivery teams. Ensure design, development, and deployment guidelines and standards are in place for compliance with architectural goals and technology standards for the solution. Coordinate with project team members, other internal teams, offshore development, quality assurance teams, client personnel, and external teams as applicable to ensure that effective solutions are delivered to client. Act as a customer and partner advocate for project success and best practices. Participate in Technology scouting initiatives at the enterprise level by maintaining the highest level of technical and market knowledge. Identify skills gaps and training needs of development team. Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in related IT architecture role. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 72 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must possess experience with Enterprise Insurance platforms, integration in an insurance landscape, and performance benchmarking and tuning of high-volume processing processes.
