Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT/SBU leader, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a book of business to building automation customers including BMS, fire and security systems

  • Drive on time execution of up to 50 projects running across the team

  • Define & Generate Program Plans and ensure on time execution

  • Understand and manage project budgets and schedules

  • Adhere to the IPDS process

  • Execute the Management Operating System

  • Collaborate, Direct, Lead a team of up to 10 people

  • Coordinate cross functionally to ensure all necessary resources are available for project completion

  • Facilitate forecast and capacity analysis

  • Mentor members of team

  • Present programmatic details to leadership and update customers regularly

  • Summarize key issues & actions, plans to keep projects on track and action plans to correct issues quickly

  • Must travel between 20-50% to customer sites

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 130,000-$156,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Prior experience in customer facing roles
