What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to the Director of Offer Management, the Division Agile Coach will lead Energy Transition, Digital and Services division transformation to fully embrace agile methodology, with a specific focus on the creation and execution of defined offers and their management through the customer lifecycle. As such, the selected leader will analyze the division's existing in practices and operating processes, and implement improvements by helping streamline processes, create efficiencies, as well as guide and coach employees.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead successful implementation of division offers through implementation of agile practices across projects, and businesses and functions.

  • Facilitate learning and development among employees assigned to specific offers or projects.

  • Coach division leadership team in agile practices and ensure adoption of best practices.

  • Communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating models across the division.

  • Partner closely with Div leadership team to define metrics and objective success and performance measures.

  • Lead stand-up meetings with cross-function teams and follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects remain on track and goals are met.

  • Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth delivery of projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Certification as agile coach or scrum master

  • 7+ years experience in project and program management including scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework in a business context

Skills:

  • Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments

  • Experience in running agile projects

  • Proven experience working in a highly matrixed work environment

  • Experience working across an entire product and customer lifecycle

  • Strong business acumen

  • Strong communications and influencing skills

  • Strong coaching skills
