Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Head Office Manager/Administrator to oversee a government contract at a premier government facility. As the Head Office Manager/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's operations, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and achieving project objectives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial and invoice management, cost accounting, reporting, and budget control.
Will manage and oversee the procurement (e.g. subcontracting services, procuring material and supplies, etc.), property management on site, information technology resources management, human resources, and administrative support services.
Will help in the budgeting process including forecasting and monitoring expenses
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business management, or a similar field is required.
10 years of proven professional expertise and experience in business management positions and or complexity of similar scope.
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based Federal procurement, contracting, and reporting experience is preferred.
Knowledge in ISO certification is preferred
OSHA 30 certification is preferred
