Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours TBD (must be on-site)

    Job Overview:

    We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Head Office Manager/Administrator to oversee a government contract at a premier government facility. As the Head Office Manager/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's operations, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and achieving project objectives.

    Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for financial and invoice management, cost accounting, reporting, and budget control.

  • Will manage and oversee the procurement (e.g. subcontracting services, procuring material and supplies, etc.), property management on site, information technology resources management, human resources, and administrative support services.

  • Will help in the budgeting process including forecasting and monitoring expenses

  • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, or a similar field is required.

  • 10 years of proven professional expertise and experience in business management positions and or complexity of similar scope.

  • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based Federal procurement, contracting, and reporting experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge in ISO certification is preferred

  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred
