Kelly Services is currently looking for an experience Account Manager to work with a premier client of our in Morgan Hill, CA . The position will

Position : Account Manager

Schedule : 8:00AM - 4:30PM (some OT may be required)

Pay Rate : 70K-90K

Employment Type : Direct Hire (NOT a temp job)

Dress Code : Casual dress code, unless meeting with a client

Job Description:

The individual is responsible for customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, handling customer complaints and questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, and managing customer care through processes that assure high quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and accuracy.

Key Duties:

  • Manage customer relationships for both existing and new accounts

  • Provide timely and thorough responses to customers' requests

  • Process Purchase Orders (P.O.'s) and provide order acknowledgement to customers in a timely manner

  • Process change orders and ensure quoted price and customer PO's are aligned

  • Process and follow up on RFQ's

  • Complete and submit customer's open order report on time

  • Keep customers informed of updates and issues

  • Ensure accurate data entry and report processing for all the related customer documentation

  • Effectively communicate customer's requests to other departments concerned

  • Follow department processes to ensure smooth flow of information

  • Proactively identify and escalate customer issues Interface and co-operate with other departments to meet deadlines and expedite deliveries

  • Other miscellaneous duties as required


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or Social Sciences or 2-3 years of equivalent experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel reporting

  • Operate as a collaborative team member and function with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline-driven culture

  • Ability to multi-task
