- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit good communication and active listening skills.
- Capable of using a variety of tools depending on the specific tasks.
- Comprehend and execute tasks in a precise and timely manner.
- Understanding how to read and interpret tape measurements.
- Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of ladder, stairs, heights, platforms, attics, crawl spaces and climbing in and out of trucks or vans in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow directions.
- Ability to learn and apply safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
