Responsible for monitoring company's sales and finished product business, controlling the company's sales expenses and implementing the company's fund receiving business to guarantee the safety of funds. Purchase from intercompany and prepare intercompany reconcile statement. Issue release seal and cancel delivery certificate according to Sales Department's product delivery notes. Prepare monthly sales income statements and relevant analysis reports of income, cost, gross profit and inventory. Monthly check the accounts with suppliers and prepare reconciliation statements. Draw transportation fees, insurance fees, packaging fees and customs fees, etc. according to the responsibility system. Carry out the inventory check system to guarantee the consistency of accounts; timely determine reasons of any inconsistency and investigate the responsibility. Review invoices receipts and timely collect the funds correctly. Requires Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or closely related field and one year of experience in accounting.
