Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.

What it's like to be a Project ManageR

You will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication with customers to facilitate project success. You will oversee the launch of new projects and parts, collaborating closely with Engineering and utilizing your manufacturing knowledge to ensure smooth execution. Your responsibilities will also include accurate data entry into ERP systems like ProShop and Sage X3, as well as maintaining the integrity of manufacturing engineer folders, including model and print management. Additionally, you will engage with customers on the commercial and scheduling aspects of the manufacturing process, further strengthening relationships and driving operational efficiency.

Are you a good fit for this Project Manager job?

To excel in the role of Project Manager at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, though an Engineering Degree or related BA/BS Degree is preferred. Familiarity with blueprints and tolerancing is advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive manufacturing knowledge encompassing machining, coatings, assembly, and various special processes. Effective communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and adept problem-solving capabilities are essential for this role.

Attention to detail is paramount, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Candidates should also have a mid to advanced level of computer experience to navigate multiple software tools seamlessly.

We want you to be safe, so you will be required to follow company established safety procedures. This individual must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
