Lowe's Mgr-Inventory Initiatives in Mooresville, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and supervises the initiatives team

• Leads, coaches, develops, and sets objectives for direct reports.

• Partners with Director, Inventory Initiatives & Demand Planning to execute on strategic direction for Inventory Planning

• Executes on strategies that support each specific initiative including promotional, seasonal entry/exit and overall flow plans/policies supporting key initiatives that meet financial objectives.

• Executes regular and thorough reporting and communication of actions to SVP, VP and relevant teams.

• Provides recommendations and actions based on independent analysis of inventory reporting

• Ensures day-to-day cross-functional alignment and execution of inventory strategies and tactical inventory plans

• Coaches and mentors associates developing talent within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience​

• 6 Years experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, or a related field

• 1 year experience leading teams directly or indirectly
